Solution:
In the bottom right corner of the screen, in the taskbar, click on the upward-pointing arrow and check if the BCC Service logo is in the list of running programs:
Then, right-click on the logo and click on Exit to close BCC Service.
Wait until the BCC Service logo disappears.
Next, to start BCC Service, open the Start menu by clicking on the Windows icon in the taskbar (or by pressing the Windows key on the keyboard) and type "bcc" to search. Click on the BCC icon to open BCC Service.
Alternatively, open the Start menu and click on All apps:
Look for "BCC" and click on the BCC icon to open BCC Service.
